I cannot say enough about Shopacado & its team. Hands down, the best support I have received. I emailed initially, and Nivi responded within 2 minutes. In the next 10 minutes we exchanged 9 emails & each time he was thorough with his responses, addressed my issues, told me what he could do and if he couldn't do something, he explained the limitations of the theme I was using. I was using this app for a while and previously was working well but it stopped working and customer support were very slow to respond and they kept telling me they were investigating the issue - last reply was a few days ago and I'm still waiting. Have uninstalled as I was paying for an app I couldnt use.
