I have tried at least 10 different apps that would allow me to give my customers a discount based on buying two different products in our catalog...but Shopacado is the only one that would work the way we wanted it to (selecting different products instead of the same product in order to receive the discount). Not only did the app do what we needed it to, but the support is quite literally some of the best I've ever had. I just started using the App and i must say the support is great. I had a problem with set up and within 10 min support had fixed the problem and got me off and running. So far the best app support team i have worked with so far. Kudos!!!

That is bar none the fastest Tech Support I have seen on a Shopify App. They addressed my issue in less than 5 minutes, start to finish. This is really impressive!

"This Shopify app has the absolute worst support I've ever come across. I'm beyond frustrated with their lack of responsiveness. It's like talking to a brick wall – they never reply on time, and even when they do, it's as if they're selectively choosing which messages to ignore. I've been patient and waited for a response for the last 5 days, but it's been nothing but disappointment. I expected a certain level of customer service, especially when using a paid app, but this experience has been a total letdown.
