I just installed the app and had an issue, their customer service was quick and fixed my problem in minutes.

Very Good App, very good Support, very responsive and quick to help with custom setups if needed. Installed it in 2 stores and it runs great.

First and foremost the customer service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Niv1 set up everything I needed in a matter of minutes and took the time to explain how it all works. This app needs to be the first thing that shows on the app store. I can't say enough good things about it and the service. 5 MILLION STARS!!!!!

We used the app to implement discounts at various quantities. The app works well and is easy to navigate, with supporting documentation. The support chat was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with, fixing raised queries in a polite and efficient manor. Only changes I would make would be to apply currency suffix on checkout.

I had amazing support in having this app getting to work with my theme. From me downloading it, to having support doing a custom install, all was done in about 30 minutes. I have had other volume discount style apps, but this one is truly amazing because of the level and speed of support.

I wanted to have a bulk discount for one product, after adding only one product to the selected products I get orders for items 1/4 of their price because of this app...
