Seems good so far. My theme wasn't supported out of the box but was able to receive support and get up and running immediately.

I used this app to run a promotion and had questions and they were more than helpful and fixed my issues and answered all my questions. Wish more companies were like this. Love it!
i have used this app for years but now the new upgrade is interferin with other coding on my site :( we have reached out to help multiple times regarding the issues but they just “forward to developers” then never follow up.
