Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

Still waiting over an hour for responses, when their SLA is much lower. Discount did not work at all for customers. Code is not editable on our end.

I used this app to apply some bulk discounts on products. I had some trouble getting it to work initially, but the support was available immediately to get me straightened out and I got it to work.

I just downloaded this app and it's amazing! I had a couple of questions and they immediately helped me out. Also very easy to use.

I have a issue setting up the app so it would work properly. Got in contact with customer service and they were extremely helpful and got my store up and running properly.

Really poor experience. No multi currency checkout option. Support was responsive but not really helpful. App seems ok but didn't meet our needs.

Only great words for this application and especially their support. They even have a kind of forum inside the app where customers can write their suggestions so everyone can see. The application is working like a charm and these guys are really there for you to help with any problem or customization you might need. 10+ for their work and attitude!
