I'm having a terrible time. The app lost me two sales so far because the discount didn't apply. The support is active but sends a message once every 8 minutes.

Just now starting to use the app but Nivi was awesome help while setting up.

We have been using the app for about 8 months, Works really well and the support team has quickly cleared up any issues or questions we had. Highly recommend.

I use this app to do quantity discounting and amazingly they have stuff to chat and support and I am really happy with the support I get from them .the app is function very well

This app is great, out of several I have tried for bulk discounts, this one offered exactly what I needed! Nivi is very helpful when I have needed support.

I highly recommend using this app if you like to offer tiered discounts, based on product tags etc. The discount can also be dependant on product quantities or overall cart quantity, so I like that it offers flexibility for tiered discounting.

I love that there are other features that are customisable (the table and banner that display the discount to the customer) and the discount suggestion in cart, which is a potential upsell!

I found similar apps were either too complicated to use, too expensive, or they didn't offer discount flexibility, and blamed it on Shopify!

10/10 recommend using Shopacdo for tiered discounting!

Example of why I use it:

I sell Pick n Mix lollies in 100g bag sizes. I used to offer a 500g buying option for every product, but I couldn't keep track of BOTH stock counts. So I use this app to offer discounts (i.e. 10% and 15% off if my customers buy 5 or more of the same lolly!)

We used this for a while with some success, however it then began giving 100% off discounts to our customers with no explanation. We urgently wrote in to Shopacado, and they immediately stated this was an issue with Shopify. After days of lost money, and investigation from Shopify, they determined it was indeed this Volume Discount app causing customers to receive 100% off. We went back to Shopacado whose reps only reluctantly accepted responsibility. They then disappeared from the chat for over 24 hours. When we finally reached them, they said "we're working on it". To make matters worse. even disabling the app left our script broken. Seems like it would have been a great thing had the developers cared, but our experience is that the risk by far outweighs the gains with this one.
