Great product with clear instructions. Customer service is prompt and helpful
We have over 50 of our stores using the app, great support and all around a great app.
Get a 2 because design is nice and easy to use for the most part.
Support team just gives you cold shoulder. Been waiting for responses and I get charged for nothing.
If you are the owner reading this. get a new support team. ( im not the only one on here complaining about it)
Doesnt really support variant pricing. you need to use code they provide in an article but it only shows how to do it for ...
This app used to work very well. I was very happy.
Untill this Novemer '24. I wanted to use the app again for Daily December Deals on collections.
After a first quick help where I let them know I was happy for their fast reply, they asked me to leave a review. I did a 5 star based on the fact it always worked.
After that I did not get my new offers working correctly and help was taking forever.
...The app is simple to use. The support team is very responsive to to our questions. Lots of documentations and videos on how to set things up. Thanks!
