Bespoke Shipping

amazing. my company ships out live and perishable food products that require fairly complex shipping rules. Min, from the support team was able to get everything sorted out for us in only a few days. I would highly recommend using Bespoke for your complex shipping needs.

The client support was effective and very fast, and the app works perfectly so far! I'm using it to upload shipping rates by zip code from a CSV table.

We've tried a few different shipping apps and this is hands-down the best. The support is the best I've experienced with any shopify app and the options to use either the Wizard to add shipping rates or the PHP editor to write your own delivery rules make it incredible flexible. Our delivery rates are complex to calculate but this app has made things much easier. Thank you!

Great so far. Min Liu responded quickly to configuration questions and helped us get setup with product specific shipping that wasn't possible with Shopify's built in capabilities.

Update 1/28: We had changed our shipping setup for a few months and stopped using this app but again have found a need to get some custom rates setup. Min is the best and helped us get going super quick with the new logic we needed. If you have custom shipping requirements, this is the way to go!

Who Gives A Crap has been using Bespoke Shipping to handle our shipping globally for about a decade now. I remember Min directly helping with the set up way back then, and I'm glad he's still being such a good steward of this thing. The killer feature is the ability to use PHP to write your shipping rules, which allows you to customize those rules to exactly what you need (but there's still a user interface for those who are less technical and want to use that to set things up). And of course the customer service is excellent, as you see mentioned over and over again in the reviews on this page. This app has done so much heavy lifting for us over the years, thank you so much Min!

After one year of having to program unsatisfactory work-arounds to deal with Shopify's rudimentary shipping system, we are grateful to have found this app, which serves our needs perfectly.

We are finally able to offer our customers fair shipping prices and are not left out of pocket either. The developer has been excellent in understanding our needs and even implemented our complex shipping logic.

I cannot express how truly phenomenal the customer support we've received has been. Any time we've had an issue, even with the custom rates we had set up through the Macro Editor, they've been there to help. We've been using this app for our rates for at least a few years now and would 100% recommend it to anyone needing custom shipping rates for their store.

The app itself is very useful if you have many different variation for shipping, e.g. UK Highland postcodes / rates.

Programming skills are needed, but once you got it, works perfectly.

Excellent App ! I would say one of the best among "shipping apps", requires some knowledge of php. As soon as you get the logic behind the app you can have unlimited variations for shipping.
