The app truly has the functionality to do anything and has been a life saver in simplifying our logistics and preventing issues with customer services. I also cannot praise Min enough, she emails back within minutes and always understands your request and customises your zones accordingly as the nesting of zones can be a bit complicated at times. I moved to a new company that were struggling with their courier management and I knew instantly to download Bespoke and it solved their month-long issues within one day! Keep it up guys
Fantastic app and even better support! It's very flexible in terms of shipping requirements, and our app was up and running in a matter of hours thanks to Min. Would highly recommend.
After emailing Min my request for a customization to his App, he immediately sent back the solution - and it worked perfectly right away. I could not give a higher review for any App or developer!
I don't know how to use this app at all. It's too difficult and complicated

The app offers a wide range of customisability for your shipping rates and thus can be complicated to setup, I believe our support team is already assisting you with setup however have not heard back from you further. If you need further assistance, our support team is here to help with any of your queries, we also offer setup services if that interests you.
I downloaded the app, but was still having trouble getting my particular situation to work. So, I emailed Bespoke, and Min responded (within 10 min). Min ended up spending over an hour going back and forth with me on email, only to fix all of my shipping problems WITHOUT THE NEED FOR BESPOKE (apparently, my situation could be resolved with a clever work-around in Shopify).
Thank you so much Min for being so nice, and so helpful. If I could give you 6-stars, i would.
App can be a little overwhelming to use but that's only because it allows you to do everything and anything! App support has been super helpful and quick to respond - shout outs to Min!
Highly recommended App if you have complex shipping requirements.

If you have custom shipping requirements, THIS is the app for you! Works seamlessly and they are easy to deal with and very quick in providing solutions. Great find!
This app is legit. The way that it opens up a macro is pretty sweet and the docs are very clear as to what it can and cannot do: anyone with some PHP knowledge can make most things happen and if you don't then Min can do it for you. He is extremely responsive, courteous, and professional.
