The Digisoft is not as good as advertised, The DTG they used to use was way better and softer. It might last longer but its thick and the colors are not that vibrant. Very happy with their service - you can call or email and get a reasonably prompt response. Other than a couple of product issues these past few years, 90% of the issues were "user errors".

The app works very well. The customer service responding all your questions. The 2-3 business days is more than that but 7-10 days is still fine.
