Great company! Awesome turnaround time and when you call, the customer service is patient and very helpful.
Yo, my prints are garbage! Supreme logo bite print on dark tees, the shirt shows thru a LOT on white. These guys don't lay a base down. The graphics have white borders on some. The pre-treat they spray on the DTG shirts are so heavy that you can notice the discoloration. Not worth saving a few bucks if you're really trying to start a quality brand. My Epson printer at home does a better job. I am moving all my stuff away from these "cats". I really wanted to like them too since they're in the Motor city, but I can't stand behind my products with their printing. Get SAMPLES!
*Edited, to be fair, The smaller sizes, S, M and Kids size prints look decent. But since they limit their files to PNGs, etc and not vector files, when they print on larger shirts they don't look good.
A competitor? Come on, If they let you post pictures I would send them. The print on an ASH tank came out washed out. I have the same print from a different POD provider and it's clear, bright and concise.
Embroidery? It's a joke. Basic embroidery on a Dad hat, Supreme looking design, horrible.

CustomCat is the WORST EXPERIENCE our company has ever had with a Shopify related app or product.
CustomCat product quality is horrific and the printing is amateurish at best. There is literally no quality control whatsoever. We lost hundreds of customers before finally switching to professional fulfillment companies that actually care about the store owners they sell to. CustomCat does not care at all.
If you care about your own customers, you'll want to avoid all CustomCat products. Whatever amount of time it takes to switch to another app, do it and do it now! The app is deceptive in the sense that you can create products faster with this app than many of the other fulfillment apps on Shopify.
The problem is absolutely horrific product quality matched by poor customer service. Again, hands down the worst customer experience we've ever had via Shopify. We're actually surprised Shopify is still sponsoring this app - it reflects poorly on them too.
Don't be fooled by CustomCat low prices. This is a case study for "you get what you pay for." And in the case of CustomCat you'll get zero value, lose customers and deal with one customer service nightmare after another.
RUN AWAY from this horrible company and their app!

customer service is awesome and their customer service is even better. And that's the only reason you need to join. This is a great app to use for your online store.
The order management item after updating is more convenient. I can review the address and shirt order, before no. Convenient for re-checking
CustomCat does a Great Job, Really like the large inventory matched by the Quality of the products. Customer Service has a Personal Touch. ( Thanks for Coming through ) Tried a couple of other POD 's Really Satisfied with CustomCat

I love CustomCat! The support is amazing. I couldn't get the personalization aspect to play nice with my new Shopify theme (Debut) so I reached out to CustomCat for help. Just got this email from Alex: "I just fixed it. Interestingly, your theme's product template did not contain 'jquery' which is pretty standard for all themes I have worked with. Once I added the line of code to your product template it fixed the issue. Test it out and make sure it works for you!" YAY, it now works!!!
I have been very satisfied with my customcat embroidered products and especially my logo that's on my products. The products in my opinion are high quality.
Wish I could give them more, but twice now they have sent garments out with nothing on them. Another garment was sent out with a hole and no replacement shirt to be sent out. Customers ordered black shirts with a black print or a dark ash shirt with black print, and instead of letting anyone know there was a problem, they send it out blank and say you would not see the ink. Weird, because I have printed many black on blacks and people love them. Weird that they would not contact you with an issue, then just send the customer a blank shirt, TWICE. Then, no refund, they just tell you to remove the product and quit selling. All the rest I am liking, but we just can't get over the fact that they would send two of our customers a blank shirt and act like the ink is there but you can't see it because it is black on black. These three issues have come about within selling 30 or less shirts.
