CustomCat: Print on Demand

Not only does CustomCat offer actual plus/big & tall sizes, they have amazing customer service. I (and my customers) are very happy with their DTG printed apparel, and I look forward to expanding my product line and growing my business with them.

There was a recent large order that somehow was incorrectly placed and processed, causing our shipping to be later than promised. One of their team, Brett, went FAR above the call of duty to make this right on their end. Just know that I've never seen someone go the distance, literally, to make a customer happy. Long Live CustomCat!

Great customer service with a nice selection. Navigating the app gets easier after a few uses. Quality of everything has been good so far. Fulfillment and shipping times haven't been bad. I have an order that has been in production for 4 days right now which is unusual but hopefully it ships tomorrow. Im confident customer would be extremely helpful again if I was to reach out. They have been fantastic.

I needed help with personalization steps, sent an email for help and a couple days later JT assisted and got me all squared away quickly. He was super helpful. I think the app is easy to use and their support team is great.
The only cons I have so far are that once a tracking number has been assigned I am not notified and have to manually assign it to my orders. Not a big deal compared to everything else this company offers to help one run a business.

I think this app is great for many reasons, but most importantly, I think their 'always growing' product catalog is such a great perk. They are always paying attention to the trends so they know what products are selling well. This is a huge advantage ..
