I used this app to help me increase my sold. I realy like it, it would be nice if it production and shipping faster.

Just had an 'introductory' conversation with Mike. He was patient (very important) and very thorough in making sure I understood how to navigate the CustomCat dashboard.
Mike made sure I watch their training videos in Shopify to make sure I understand all the variables involved in Print on Demand.
What a terrific experience and I'm so looking forward to working with CustomCat, Mike & Brett.

This is a 5 star app, easy to install, simple to navigate and quick to create products. I have contacted customer service a few times, they are always quick to respond and quickly find a solution. I have been helped by JT on some technical issues, he got me up and running quickly, I really appreciate all which JT has done. I've been in the ecommerce biz since 2004, this has been my best customer service experience to date. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to CustomCat.

Just recently switched to Customcat from another vendor. I have been very pleased so far with their product range but most importantly their customer service. Custom Cat is simply amazing. I have been using their app for over a year and absolutely love it. I had a customer that placed an order for 150 mugs and Custom Cat did an amazing job. The print quality is great and the turnaround time is amazing. Within 3 days of my order all 150 mugs shipped out and I had a tracking #. I have used about 4 other print on demand companies via Shopify and all of them had print quality issues except for Custom Cat. Cannot say enough about them and their customer service is superb!
