So far, I've had a very positive experience with CustomCat. I had no problem integrating and setting up all of my products. They have tons of POD items to choose from and the best part of my experience has been the customer service. Naturally, when just starting out, there are a lot of questions. I had a bunch of questions and was able to speak with someone directly and also connect with them via email for any future questions. They have been great and I look forward to adding more products and really growing with CustomCat.
Customer service is awesome. Very detailed and walk me thru everything I needed. Brett you're the man!!
I am a graphic designer and I am not satisfied with the quality of the printing nor with the placement of my artwork. I had banding in my face-mask and the placement of my artwork was incorrect. I am so disappointed that I have to remove my online store temporarily until I figure how to provide the best quality for my customers. I have yet to receive help from the CustomCat customer service over my last printing issue.

Please rest assured we ship over 25,000 custom made pieces daily and our replacement rate is less than 1.2%. We apologize for the error and stand behind our service 100%. I can also help you with product set-up. You have complete control of the design size and location. Its important you utilize the design guidelines templates and assign the design you created for the mask to the product when you upload the artfile. I received my first order and still haven't been able to fulfill my order for a week. My order does not show up in the app and the company has not helped me fulfill the order. Would not recommend. Will be looking for another Print On Demand App.
Hi. I am sorry your expectations were not met. Although I must say that both of your orders were fulfilled in 3 business days. This is very good and we stand by this. This review is misleading and simply not true.
Love working with CustomCat! Mike B. and their blog always answer all of my simple questions when i cannot figure something out. Love being partnered with them.
This is best app for fulfillment t-shirt and more POD. Low base cost and help my business so much. Very quick and friendly support. Vote for this.

The profit margins were absolutely solid, it offered up to overnight shipping, everything was all good, right?
From the time I started with them, to now, the amount of customer complaints has increased significantly. Customers would be getting products that were NOWHERE close to what they ordered, completely different designs, customer orders a small sweatshirt, they get a 4XL T-Shirt with a completely different design.
I hold a very high standard to my brand. CustomCat unfortunately no longer holds up to that standard.
CustomCat offers up to 1 day shipping... Given that they actually deliver great results. Which is probably 70% of the time. I can't accept that.
If your only concerns is profit margin and the latest and greatest features, CustomCat is awesome for you. If you have a brand however, I would be weary.
I wish they would've kept the standards as they used to do. Too bad. I'm uninstalling.
This is a perfect app. Excellent print quality and professional working team.
