Some orders have taken over a month, they've sent designs from other shops to my customers and their customer service holds zero accountability for their mistakes (They went as far as to blame me for contacting the wrong department once)
The fact this is one of the fulfillment companies in which you have to pay a membership fee to lose money is crazy. I'm actually going to be shutting down my site because I have to re-visit my fulfillment options.

Hi! I am sorry about your poor experience with us...we would NEVER send your design to another seller. We ship out thousands of orders a day. If your customer received an order by mistake, this is a very rare circumstance and falls under our 1% of order that need to be replaced. We will ALWAYS honor that. Let us know the order number and we can replace this for you!
Without a doubt the worst customer service. Do these people not understand that we have options, but because of some youtuber choose to pay for POD service... LOL Bye Felicia. There is no hunger to win in this company. They just don't give AF about anything. Well then don't open a business.

Hi! I am sorry you had a poor experience with us. If you ever want to try us out again we would love to have you back! But, we noticed you have not uploaded anything to our app, nor do we have any emails to our customer service department with anything indicating you were struggling. Next time just email or call us. We are always eager to help!
This is the best choice for POD. I have used it for the past 2 years and feel good about it. Good products, affordable prices, stable service quality are one of the reasons I believe in.
Today, I had my first order come through but I forgot to select my vendor to CustomCat on my products list. Due to this error, my product order wasn't showing up in the CustomCat App. I called CustomCat and spoke with Brett about the issue. He was very pleasant to work with and walked me through what I needed to do so he could manually process my order. Since this is my first time using CustomCat, he was so kind to go through how the entire process works so I had a better understanding. Although I've only used their service for a short period of time, I would highly recommend this company for any of your Print on Demand needs. The order process is flawless and allows you to pause any order if you need to make changes before it goes into production. Not to mention, the customer service is exceptional. Thank you CustomCat!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Their Christmas deadline was a joke. They delayed all my orders and took 10+ days to ship them. Their deadline of 14th December for mugs was a joke.
I have received hundreds of charge backs and negative reviews because of them. They ruined my whole shop and will ruin yours too.
10+ open tickets and still not a single response from them. I will be charge backing each and every order that was placed within the deadline and still not received by my customers. I advice all of you to charge back too.
They are scammers who are just here to scam.

Great customer service. Hundreds of products along with thousands of variations and reasonable basecost prices are our number one choice.
But we would like to suggest you can offer more expedited shipping service (overnight shipping or 2-3 days shipping) many of my clients want to use this service, they are happy to pay for it!

Very disappointing. I spent hours setting up my products. I chatted with CustomCat about design sizes etc, and they were always very helpful. I ordered my first test product, and the colour was rubbish. After the first wash there were cracks all through it. I contacted them via messanger again, and they said they'd look into it. Even though its been a couple of weeks now, they still haven't replied. Even though I can see they have seen my message (FYI CustomCat, once you read a message on messanger the other person can SEE that you've seen it).
I can see great potential, but it needs a lot of work. And people with enough balls to own up if they screw up. Can't recommend.
Hi! I apologize that your first order did not turn out like you wanted. I can assure you this is a big anomaly. Our shirts sustain its color and quality for over 50 washes at least. I can see from our notes that we responded to you on June 4th. We never heard back from you. If you contact us again, we can look into fixing this order for you at no cost.

Ok Custom cat is an awesome app its easy to use great print quality nice sizes of print area.
Custom cat could benefit by adding all over print sleeves labels and i am sure they
will implement all of this.
1 draw back would be if your not selling much maybe just starting out or have a month off you have this subscription fee that many others do not.
i would lose the subs raise the prices a little add a business account with discounted pricing and subs.
So the outcome would i recommend Custom Cat YES 100% but only if your selling your designs or have money to use then its an amazing app for you.
