CustomCat: Print on Demand

I love CustomCat! The support is amazing. I couldn't get the personalization aspect to play nice with my new Shopify theme (Debut) so I reached out to CustomCat for help. Just got this email from Alex: "I just fixed it. Interestingly, your theme's product template did not contain 'jquery' which is pretty standard for all themes I have worked with. Once I added the line of code to your product template it fixed the issue. Test it out and make sure it works for you!" YAY, it now works!!!

I have been very satisfied with my customcat embroidered products and especially my logo that's on my products. The products in my opinion are high quality.

Custom Cat is by far the best fulfillment company I work with. They're better than Printify, Printful and all others. I'm working diligently on moving all things over. Great to work with, and easy to deal with. Turnaround is great, and they stand by what they do.

I've been using CustomCat for 3 weeks now after a recommendation from a colleague. My main POD provider was struggling getting orders out timely for the holidays. CC really came through for me. Very consistent with processing orders and so far great reviews from customers. I will continue to use them beyond the holiday. And the thing I loved the best is they have been excellent with communication which many POD providers lack.

I have limited IT skills so establishing any online platform is daunting to say the least - I have found Custom Cat easy to use and more importantly when I have had problems their support service has been exceptional (speedy responses, polite and informed responses and a willingness to walk you through any issues, however basic, without attitude). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Custom Cat to anyone and once all the online stuff is done their products are top quality whilst considerably cheaper than their opposition - well worth the monthly $ commitment if your serious about establishing a viable online store.

First of all - what a great company. Your first concern is probably shirt quality. I wear the shirts I sell and they look great to me after many washings. Next is ease of shirt creation. I can create a pile of custom shirts very quickly with their system. Next is customer service - STELLAR!! I wish every company I dealt with was as fast and competent as Customcat. Today I had a setting wrong in Shopify that led to 7 orders not going through. One phone call with JT at Customcat got me going and he also fixed my settings so I did not have that issue again - all in about 4 minutes. I love Customcat!!
