I am a new customer with CustomCat, and waited until after Christmas to begin loading products in the app. I have had questions on features that didn't work correctly, but Brett helped us get everything sorted out and even helped insert code to enable our products to have personalization.

I was very hesitant to try CustomCat out from seeing the negative reviews here and on Facebook, but my experience has been great! I just passed 200 orders on my new store. Print quality is great and orders get out the door quickly. The few mistakes that have happened were quickly corrected by them. Sometimes they seem to miss an email, but a quick followup the next day or so usually gets a response. The app is a little clunky, but nothing that can't be managed.

In all, five out of five stars from me! Remember no company is perfect. Mistakes happen and there's always some who will complain. The key difference is how it's handled. Keep up the great work, CC!
