One of the most Shitty apps in the print on demand. They don't answer when a package is lost! there's no tracking and customers will get mad. If you want problems, here!
Hi! I am sorry we couldnt talk over the phone when you called. We were probably on the line with another seller. We are always answering the phones. We also have an amazing customer service team that will handle all order related concerns at orders@customcat.com. If an order is confirmed to be lost, our policy is to replace it so please email us so w can resolve this matter :)
JT has great customer support. Keep it up. All of my orders ship out super super fast ( 2 days or less). The print quality is amazing.

The pricing is good for the one tee @ 6 dollars, Customer service is hard to reach, and the app has had to many bugs, it would totally be worth it if it was free like printful or print-aura, I tried it for 3 months, and I rather pay the 2 dollars more for better Cust. serv., labeling and invoicing. price isn't always all.
I had to cancel an order that was placed accidentally. But, you can't cancel an order from the app, so I had to contact customer service. Customer service responded within 24 hours and said, "Order has been canceled and refunded as request. This credit should reflect in your account within the next 8 business days." That was 24 days ago. Still no refund. Contacted customer service again (36 hours ago), and zero response. Bottom line: app isn't very useful with key functionality missing, and customer service is helpless. No wonder their prices are so affordable.
Hello, thanks for the review. You actually can cancel in the dashboard before we process the order. You can also pause the order in your processed dashboard and email ( or call) support if we already processed the order. You wont always get an answer back on Sunday from our support team but I can confirm the refund has been processed on our side. Great job stopping the order before we started production and I'm sorry their was a delay in the bank refund. Our accounting gets jammed up shortly after xmas season.
I am not one to usually write public reviews;however, this time it was as if I was called to do so because of CustomCat and their OUTSTANDING way of doing business!
Over the last two years our company has continued to grow and expand. We have tried many different Print on Demand Fulfillment companies, but CustomCat is by far the best !
Their extremely diverse selection of products, I believe, make them the clear cut choice for anyone who desires to be a player in the drop shipping arena. In addition, the quality of work which has been produced for every order of our has been AWESOME!
In short, if you are looking for a company that can produce incredible merchandise and fulfill your orders in a timely manner then I recommend CustomCat before any other Fulfillment on Demand service! Good Luck!
Great customer service. The team at CC is amazing and super helpful. I would recommend this app to anyone.
The app doesn't always load and is difficult to use. The products are also of poor quality and the apparel sizing is not standard sizing (seems to be Asian sizing). I am very disappointed because there are a lot of products I can't find anywhere else, but the products are not worth the prices. I had to order through my store just to get a sample, and I'm glad I did because of the sizing issues.
Hello! I see you ordered one Port Authority XXL jacket. I'm sorry if you found it to be large or too small but the manufacturer size chart that exported with your mock-up will match the item specs. So far, I've had a very positive experience with CustomCat. I had no problem integrating and setting up all of my products. They have tons of POD items to choose from and the best part of my experience has been the customer service. Naturally, when just starting out, there are a lot of questions. I had a bunch of questions and was able to speak with someone directly and also connect with them via email for any future questions. They have been great and I look forward to adding more products and really growing with CustomCat.
