CustomCat products are a hit or miss. We had to drop another product because their print quality was horrible. We received a picture of a embroidered hat from a customer today that looked like someone just learned how to use the machine. We are a startup company and this isn't a good first impression to have, especially after the customer has been waiting two weeks for it to arrive. Do they not have someone QC the products before they are shipped?

Hey! I just want to say your store looks great! You have a ton of great designs that are conducive to embroidery, but the order I feel like you are referring to is a bit too complex to yield results you might want. It have 5 lines of text and a big circle. It is very difficult to allow that to fit within a 2.4 in. width....I am confident we can work with you, but would also love to go over this order with you in more details. We had many customers complaining about the ink being stuck together and the ink peeling off the shirts in the first wash and the overall print quality being very poor. We deleted the app.

We began our relationship with Custom Cat back in October after using another vendor for the first 10 months of our business. We were attracted to their pricing and product offerings. I was a bit skeptical to switch because our prior vendor gave us more insight into the progress of each order through it's dashboard and tracking progress to delivery is important to us. What we've experienced working with the Custom Cat team has been great! I'm most pleased with the availability and response time when issues arise. We have experienced issues of customers receiving the wrong merchandise or poorly printed merchandise, (this is the reason that the rating isn't 5 Stars) but it has been a small percentage of the whole though occurring more than we'd like. The team, a few of which I know by name, like Mike and Geena, have been highly responsive and rectified any issues quickly, processed orders manually, and listened whenever feedback was provided. They have always been kind and very helpful. Also, the turnaround time for order fulfillment has been constantly expeditious which is also very important with the pretty steady flow of our business. With about 4 months of experience working with Custom Cat, I'm really glad that we made the switch and often talk about how great it'd would've been to have started with them from the beginning. Great products, great pricing, great service! I know they are working hard to make sure that issues are minimal and appreciate their accountability and expedience when rectifying them. I look forward to revisiting this review and making it 5 stars in the future!

I had spent numerous days doing my research on POD companies and ultimately went with CustomCat and I do not regret it!! CustomCat Print On Demand is very user friendly, as I wanted to get my mother who is technologically illiterate into the Ecommerce business, CustomCat made it possible. As she puts it “if I can do it, anyone can!” The tutorials are super straightforward and easy to follow and you can upload multiple products at once which saves ALOT of time! You also can not beat their shipping costs, especially internationally, which makes the monthly fee worth it! - The last thing I want to mention that I love about CustomCat is their Facebook members group where you can search questions asked by fellow members in the past or post your own questions; everyone is supportive of each other and willing to help you within minutes which is awesome especially if it's weekend and customer service isn’t open to calls!

Awful

Some orders have taken over a month, they've sent designs from other shops to my customers and their customer service holds zero accountability for their mistakes (They went as far as to blame me for contacting the wrong department once)

The fact this is one of the fulfillment companies in which you have to pay a membership fee to lose money is crazy. I'm actually going to be shutting down my site because I have to re-visit my fulfillment options.

Hi! I am sorry about your poor experience with us...we would NEVER send your design to another seller. We ship out thousands of orders a day. If your customer received an order by mistake, this is a very rare circumstance and falls under our 1% of order that need to be replaced. We will ALWAYS honor that. Let us know the order number and we can replace this for you!

Without a doubt the worst customer service. Do these people not understand that we have options, but because of some youtuber choose to pay for POD service... LOL Bye Felicia. There is no hunger to win in this company. They just don't give AF about anything. Well then don't open a business.

Hi! I am sorry you had a poor experience with us. If you ever want to try us out again we would love to have you back! But, we noticed you have not uploaded anything to our app, nor do we have any emails to our customer service department with anything indicating you were struggling. Next time just email or call us. We are always eager to help!

I had high hopes for this app because of their selection of items. I loved the clothing! However, what good is having great clothing to design if when I design the apparel, my designs don't save and I constantly have to recreate them? Additionally, when I design apparel in the app, my designs are constantly resized and moved around in ways that I didn't set up originally. On top of that, when I finally did manage to get the designs to look the way I wanted and save them I tried placing an order for myself and didn't hear back from the company after the order was placed. On top of that, I've reached out to customer service numerous times and haven't heard back from anymore. The selection of products is nice, but not worth it if the service is terrible. Take your money elsewhere to a company that will support you.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Their Christmas deadline was a joke. They delayed all my orders and took 10+ days to ship them. Their deadline of 14th December for mugs was a joke.
I have received hundreds of charge backs and negative reviews because of them. They ruined my whole shop and will ruin yours too.

10+ open tickets and still not a single response from them. I will be charge backing each and every order that was placed within the deadline and still not received by my customers. I advice all of you to charge back too.

They are scammers who are just here to scam.
