Very disappointing. I spent hours setting up my products. I chatted with CustomCat about design sizes etc, and they were always very helpful. I ordered my first test product, and the colour was rubbish. After the first wash there were cracks all through it. I contacted them via messanger again, and they said they'd look into it. Even though its been a couple of weeks now, they still haven't replied. Even though I can see they have seen my message (FYI CustomCat, once you read a message on messanger the other person can SEE that you've seen it).
I can see great potential, but it needs a lot of work. And people with enough balls to own up if they screw up. Can't recommend.

Hi! I apologize that your first order did not turn out like you wanted. I can assure you this is a big anomaly. Our shirts sustain its color and quality for over 50 washes at least. I can see from our notes that we responded to you on June 4th. We never heard back from you. If you contact us again, we can look into fixing this order for you at no cost.

Customcat is best for fulfilled POD. High quality, low base cost and fast shipping.

I saw an ad mentioning that Custom Cat had speedy lead times so I thought I would give it a try as a possible alternative to the backlogged Printful. I ordered samples from Fuel, Teelaunch and Custom Cat at the same time. Custom cat still arrived later than the other two. The print quality is poor at best. I've never seen prints and embroidery work look so bad. All the samples I ordered were also carelessly crumpled up and shoved into the mailer bag and came out completely wrinkled and messy. This would create a horrible impression if I sent this out to a customer. This print shop is actually MyLocker, which can also be found through Printify. Absolute garbage. Stay away.

CustomCat has quality dtg prints that looked great, something I would sell. The prints were a lot better than Printful's, but there delivery took 2-3 weeks to arrive. Printful's took 7 days, but the quality was poor and I would not sell what Printful sent me.

In summary: Good dtg prints, really slow fulfillment.

Thank you, for the nice compliment on our DTG printing. My name is Mike Blotkamp and I reviewed your order history. The reason this order took longer than our current 1.9 business day average can be attributed to the size of the order but more importantly, one of the shirts in your 1st order did not pass our stringent QC stations so we ordered a new blank shirt and reprinted before shipping. We think its better to wait a few extra days compared to sending an item we dont feel is up to yours or our standards so we paid to remake one of the shirts before it ships. Had that shirt passed QC, your order would have shipped in less than 3 business days because all the other shirts pieces in your order were ready to ship when one did not pass QC. Our stated lead time is 2-3 business days but 90% of our orders do ship in less than 3 days. I just checked todays production report and over 4,000 orders shipped today with less than one business day in production!!! Pretty sweet indeed. I'm confident if you place 9 more orders, even with the 1st order taking longer than usual, your average lead time with CC will be 2-3 business days or less once you have at least 10 orders orders under your belt and can accurately draw a fair conclusion for average lead time. We also invested $18mm in 2019 into new equipment and built a 125,000 square foot addition for the busy holiday season. Even during the weeks leading up to Dec 25th, you should expect production will average less than 3 business days! Stick around and hopefully you can update the 2 star review after a few more orders to see our average lead time. Thanks, for choosing CustomCat!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My customers were furious by their products. Ink was completely faded and wrong colors used. some products never even showed up. It took days before ever hearing back from customer support. Each time I talked to them I would get a different person who had no clue what I was talking about so I had to resend all photos and the whole story all over again. They like to make excuses and blame other things than just admitting fault and moving on and fixing the problem. If you are using POD I highly suggest looking into another company as the failures and incompetencies I have experienced with custom cat are enough to drive your business into the ground.

The pricing is good for the one tee @ 6 dollars, Customer service is hard to reach, and the app has had to many bugs, it would totally be worth it if it was free like printful or print-aura, I tried it for 3 months, and I rather pay the 2 dollars more for better Cust. serv., labeling and invoicing. price isn't always all.

By far the worst fulfillment outfit I've ever used. If you don't care about the quality of the items you send your customers, feel free to use Custom Cat. If you don't care how long an item takes to get to your customer, then again, use Custom Cat. Your orders will take upwards of 2 weeks before you receive tracking info and then it will stay in pre-shipment mode for days after that. Once it does finally ship, it's a crap shoot as to weather the item will be of any quality. I originally put up a 1 star review about a week ago, but took it down after I received a call from Custom Cat thinking that they were interested in fixing the problem. (If you want anyone from Custom Cat to respond to any problems you might be having, write a bad review. They will call within hours. Other wise you wont hear back from them.) When I was having a problem I contacted them through email and phone numerous times. No response. Post a bad review they call right away. I regretted taking down the review after speaking with them. And I'll tell you why. What I got was a lot of lip service about how this is a really busy time of year and they have to hire extra help that isn't experienced, (which in itself is an issue) and that they are only human. There was no apology or acceptance of responsibility. I only placed 13 orders with Custom Cat and 2 of them that I know about, were of poor quality. That's a pretty high ratio. There could have been problems with the other 11 that I just didn't hear about. Not only was the quality of the work bad, it took 17 days to get tracking on many of them. I wish I could post a picture of what they sent to my customer. It was beyond unacceptable. The art work was not centered at all and was so far to the left the names fell off the edge of the substrate. The sample I had sent to myself was falling off the edge as well. I know "humans" make mistakes but, any normal person who saw how obviously off center these were would never have packed them up and sent them out, unless of course they just don’t care which is what I think the case it. After seeing how long shipping times were, before I even knew about the quality issues, I decided to buy my own equipment and fill my own orders. So I do know mistakes happen. After doing 1200+ units of my own, I have huge pile of mistakes, but I would never, ever have sent any of them to a paying customer!! My mistakes don't even come close to what they sent out in my name. If mine are even slightly off center they go in to the mistake pile. Custom Cat obviously doesn't care about my customers or me, as their customer. I had asked to have the money refunded for the known mistakes (over a weeks ago) and as of today's writing it still has not been refunded. I sent them a picture of how bad the quality was and expected a reasonable amount of remorse. Instead he was more concerned with the bad review that I had left, than he was about my problem. If someone had shown me a picture of what I showed him, I would have apologized profusely, and agree that, yes this is totally unacceptable and issued a refund with in minutes. Not give a bunch of excuses, "It's a busy time of year and we have inexperienced staff and that I have to understand that... blah, blah, blah" So basically he was saying, you can't blame us for bad quality, because it's out of our control because we are so busy. They took zero responsibility! Custom Cat, don't bother calling me again to beg me to take down my bad review this time. You have earned it! I will not take it down this time. My review stands! Have nice day!

There is a lot to unpack here, but I would caution you on this review. The main concern here was that we were taking 2 weeks to ship orders. In this case, there were a couple of orders that shipped in 5 business days. This is 2 days off our average of 2-3 business day fulfillment. These orders happened the week of Christmas so some orders may take a little longer. If there is ever an issue with orders taking too long, please email us on our support email and our amazing staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

The quality of the clothing products are poor. The face mask sucks. You can't breathe in it. Ugh!!!!

Thank you for your review. It's always interesting to hear feedback on the masks. Some buyers think it's too thin while others say its hard to breath wearing it. Some buyers say too big for my face and others too small. We do sell 10,000+ every week with the majority of buyers happy with the product and designs they recieve. Regarding shirt quality, we do have close to 50 styles of shirts with different cuts, materials, etc. Happy to help you find a winner for your audicance.
