good product selection but I wasted lots of hours attempting to resize the logo for the embroidered products and watching their tutorials but to no avail! Also, the logo is not simulated as embroidery and looks crappy on on the website.
application is too bad. It's a inhibitor to the user.

We always encourage our customers to suggest where we can improve from an app interface standpoint. We have several amazing full-time developers that are working around the clock to improve the app to make it as user friendly as possible.
pretty easy to set up. I really like Custom Cat's variety and choices for apparel. The app integrated pretty easy.
looking forward to install this app but want to know 1 thing product price are including shipping rates or do you charge shipping rates extra?? thank you
Impossible to read the FAQs, especially the shipping prices as the pictures can't be loaded. Every time I try to upload a design, I get an error message with "your session has expired", but I'm still logged-in. Uninstalled right away.
Hi Amelyia - the reason you are stuck is because you have not activated your account yet. In order for you to export products and for CustomCat to process your orders, you need to activate your account by completing the settings so we have your store name for the shipping label, payment info to process your orders and support email. Please click the red error bar across the top of your dash if your account isn't activated yet.
I've used better systems which is the only reason for the 4 star, BUT, their printing and product quality are the best I have seen. Not many print on demand companies do the larger sizing which is a huge reason why I use them. The Tees I have on my store go up to 6XL! Great customer service too :)
