Fantastic Add-on to my website which was necessary to my email marketing. Now clients could enlist themselves as a family member.
The App provides easily built custom forms to gather necessary information. Support was immediate, savvy, considerate and patient in helping me understand areas where I lacked the skill to manipulate the App configuration. Fantastic App with affordable Add-ons.

The customer service is above and beyond, very timely and hands on. They also really know Shopify. I installed the app, and at the time time was having a totally unrelated problem on Shopify that was freaking me out. It came up in my customer service chat with these folks, and they had a ton of advice for how to solve it, even though it had nothing to do with their app. You can tell they are committed to the success of the app and want to solve any issues that come up as quickly as possible. It's a real pleasure to find real humans behind these tools!

Appears cheaper than other apps but the costs are merely stacked inside as 'options' . This is fine but please make it more obvious to a first-time user.

We are very sorry you felt this way about our pricing.
Hiding prices is not our intention at all. We openly state in the app description that the plugin prices are not included in the main charge and provide a link to the full pricing page.

We made our plugin system the way it is to make it more flexible to the merchants. Merchants can activate the plugins they need and pay only for them. Most merchants using our plugins actually can save a lot of money compared to using similar standalone apps.

This is true especially for the Loyalty plugin. Compare our simple pricing for the Loyalty plugin with the standalone apps and you can see that you can save a lot of money using our plugin. Our Loyalty plugin is mostly based on the monthly orders count and the maximum price is 60USD, while most other apps force you to upgrade for every small feature and the maximum price is in hundreds.

I hope you can reconsider and install our app again. We are 100% sure our app will bring value to your store in the long run just like it did for thousands of stores already.

this's super fishy app, i can't even remove it from shopify APPs
it requires customers to login to make a purchase and that will make them leave your store

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. There must have been a misunderstanding regarding the use of the app. There are 2 claims in the review. Let me address them one by one.

---> Our app can be uninstalled like any other app in the Shopify merchant dashboard. Furthermore, thanks to Shopify theme app extension framework that we are using, the app doesn't leave any leftover code. So, once the app is uninstalled none of the assets are loaded anymore.

---> Our app does not require customers to login to make a purchase. We only require merchants to enable accounts because that's the main purpose of the app - improve customer account page. Enabling accounts does not mean customers HAVE TO create accounts. They can still make purchases without creating an account. There is another option in the Shopify settings to REQUIRE accounts, but we don't ask merchants to enable it.

Having said that, we understand we should have been more clear about this in the app. So, we apologize for that and hope you can give our app another try..
