It brilliantly combines wishlist, account, and loyalty program into one, eliminating the need for multiple costly and complex apps. This app has allowed us to customise our user experience and setup the customer account page with features and links relevant to our customers. It is very user friendly and has been invaluable for creating a smooth customer journey.

The customer support has also been excellent, we needed some code editing to allow the Custom Forms we created to sync with our Shopify Theme, we received a response and full solution, with completed functionality in less than 24 hours.

Alexandru and Mohamed were incredibly helpful — they completely redesigned the layout to match my website perfectly. They also implemented the new features I requested very quickly and even created a new dashboard for the “New Customer Dashboard” provided by Shopify.

I’ve tried other apps like Custlo, which offers more options than Froonze, but their support was extremely slow and unwilling to solve the issues I faced. With Froonze, it’s the opposite....their team responds within a few hours, listens carefully, and actually delivers results.

If you’re considering Froonze, go for it and you won’t regret it!

C'est la meilleure application pour la personnalisation des comptes. L'installation est très simple et le service client très compétent. Le nouveau plugin "Loyalty Program" est excellent et très simple d'utilisation. Nous recommandons totalement cette application. Nous sommes également très satisfaits des échanges avec le support, ils sont réactifs et toujours à l'écoute.

The loyalty program is easy to adjust and tweak to your liking, the wishlist feature ensures that visitors can save their wanted items and the app provides a good user experience.

This is combination with the good customer service makes this app an excellent choice for anyone.

Sadly I have to update this review, for some reason this app has on their own accord changed the entire layout of the features I use their app for, they have disabled the ability to actually track orders since clicking the track order button leads nowhere, it is impossible to view the wishlist, the loyalty program can also not be viewed, the one and only thing they actually have been able to do is keep accepting my money. I strongly recommend that you do not download this app. These app developers clearly do not respect the Shopify merchants that use their app.
