Just what I needed to add more fields in the cart page that used to take up a lot of our time. As the set-up of our delivery is quite different we need this extra steps but also need to make it efficient. This app did this.

I've just downloaded this app so that my customers could select multple delivery times to receive their orders. So far so good. Seems quite easy to use. I just wish that the information would be added to the order confirmation email from Shopify.
