Support was initially very helpful in setting up the app. When the automatic notifications weren't being triggered a new person providing support kept sending laughing emojis to me when I made my inquiry and was trying to troubleshoot. They did not help me and I've had to find a new app to use.
2 days into using this app and it was exactly what my store had been missing. I had a small user error and within minutes of sending a help message they were on it and helping me fix my issue. They also made adjustments to make sure that it was customer friendly for my shoppers. As a small business owner it was nice to work with a company that cared and wanted to help make my job easier. 5 stars all day long!!
support was good, app is good. the simple side widget works so well! i used a few different apps and this is THE one.

I installed their App this week with little issues. I did require some tech support which they addressed immediately. The only suggestion I would make is that their alerts and countdown clock should be visible on the home page of my site so the shopper doesnt have to select a product to learn that it is out of stock. All my goods were out of stock. But super nice fit to my store.
The support was super! We requested that they also add the button on our collection page (not just the product page) and they did it within a few days! Totally worth the monthly payment.
