Customer service is of the highest quality. Rapid responses with quick solutions (even offering solutions to problems I didn't know I had in some instances). The app's flexibility was useful as I do tiny and big restocks that are very consistent with developing segmented emails for specific clients. For anyone who continually changes inventory, particularly around amount 0, it is highly recommended
This app is really great, it converts a lot of my Out Of Stock.
The support is also amazing.

An absolute must-have app for stores that keep stock. This app has allowed me to update customers as soon as we are back in stock which is such a lifesaver - I used to do it all manually before. Their customer service is amazing as well. Definitely recommend you give this app a try.

Completely agree with the 1 star review below. The app was good until an issue occurred - it wasn't sending out the restock SMS notifications to our customers, which is causing a big loss in sales for us. We've tried to reach out to support twice, 1 guy literally just stopped replying, so we reached out to another guy but he also doesn't seem helpful. Until now we're still unable to send the SMS notifications, and it seems no one is going to fix this issue.

This app integrates perfectly into our theme. At first we had trouble installing it however customer service was very quick to help out! This is way more convenient than manually emailing each customer!
Works well and notifies me when a request has been received.
A lot of my unsent back in stock notifications are for products that I no longer stock but do have a substitute for. What would be really useful is to be able to send the customer a slightly different message letting them know about the new substitute stock item.
