Great reactivity and great service all around ! We contacted Back In Stock support to implement the Notify when available midget on the product collection page, a theme modification was needed which they've done for us the same day. We encountered a problem with the app after installing our new theme. They were SUPER FAST to respond and quickly fixed the problem! Very happy with the service so far and glad that we didn't have to wait the usual "someone will get back to you in 24 hours" response.

The app is very useful. Interface is user-friendly and they have great customer service/support. I just wish we could customize the emails more but, over-all the app is the best.
