Encounter problems, the customer service will help solve them. functions that the plug-in does not have, they will also actively offer to join the next plan, which is great!

Been with this app for a couple of years now. Works fantastic, and gets customers engaged to help us lock sales. The analytics on the app are fantastic and so is their customer service! Appikon is an app I installed on my Shopify store a few days ago. The app itself is easy to install and their support is super quick and helpful. The Notify button appeared in a wrong place on the site and Abuzar from their support team fixed this in seconds. I am very happy with it.
This app works great and has helped us get lost sales since we are constantly going out of stock of our limited supplies of specialty coffee. Coffees go out of stock for a few weeks or months and a customer will get an email with this Back In Stock app so they can place an order.
The support has also been great. We recently had an issue caused by our new theme but they fixed it immediately with just a contact. I highly recommend this app.

Works great. Love this app. Keeps all restock requests in centralized location. Had a small tech issue when updating my theme and support was absolutely superb. She hung in there with me until my issue was resolved. Definitely recommend.
