So far the app has worked really well. Many conversions from reminder emails.
No complaints at this stage. Just getting a customer back to our Shop has given us many extra sales.

This app is really very useful - we've already been able to win back sales in the 6-figure range. The response time for customer service is a joke. I have never had to wait more than 4-5 minutes - Clear recommendation.

Customer service was prompt and helped me over chat within a few minutes. They even helped me with an issue I was having that wasn't related to their app which I was so grateful for. There app brings in a lot of extra revenue a month and I love how easy it is to use. 10/10 recommend.
