The app initially wasn’t compatible with my theme but the customer support was fast and responsive in helping me to get it working. We are going through an extensive ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance update to our Shopify site and this is the only app that has not been helpful or had any resolutions or capabilities to bring the App and it's functionality when integrated, to comply with the American Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG); Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

The application itself is very useful. We have been using this service for several years with minimal issues. Robust service. However, the only way to contact support is through a chat function: No contact details available to engage via email. This can be frustrating.
