TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RECOMMEND. This app malfunctions constantly. During two key product launches for my ecom site, this app malfunctioned, negatively impacted on my launch and causeING myself and my team immense stress. On launch night 1, the automated "notification" button stopped working, when we added products for the launch into stock. So at launch time, the wait list that we had built up and promoted for weeks to be notified and launch and get early access, was not notified. After trying to figure this out for 30 mins, I eventually had to give up and manually export the wait list data to separate SMS and EDM platforms and contact these wait list people individually myself. Because of this, I lost faith in keeping the "automate notifications" button ticked on the app, so I turned it off, prepared to manually play out the same process for future launches. Come to launch 2, this time, the app would not allow me to export ANY data. The "export CSV" function was not working. So not only could I not automatically notify the wait list, I now also couldn't manually notify the wait list. Both times, customer service told me they would "pass this on to the developer" as priority, I got no timeline, no urgency, and never any response or resolution. Thank god I didn't wait around for their help team to fix the problems on these launch nights - because they never did. I had to download a Google chrome plug in and manually scrape MY data off the app. Terrible functionality. Terrible service. Unreliable. Incredibly frustrating for businesses who rely on wait lists and spend a lot of time and money into building this lists, only for this app to ruin your entire marketing and launch strategy, not once, but twice. I have now deleted the app as my business and livelihood rely on a wait list strategy.
We are going through an extensive ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance update to our Shopify site and this is the only app that has not been helpful or had any resolutions or capabilities to bring the App and it's functionality when integrated, to comply with the American Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG); Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Update 2: Customer support is now completely ignoring the messages and unwilling to look into what caused our issues. This has made me look for another app. It is pretty good while it works but when it doesn't, good luck.
Update 1: App randomly stopped working for one month (not showing the sign up for restock button). We were not notified, hadn't made any changes to theme for months. We contacted support, and while the issue was resolved shortly, they are unwilling to investigate what caused this issue nor they are willing to give us 1 free month for which the app did not work as a compensation. Overall communication with support has been very subpar and disappointing.
ORIGINAL: One of the first apps I recommend to anyone with new Shopify store as it always pays for itself. The integration was perfect for our theme and it just works, looks great and offers also Facebook restock notifications which is awesome. The interface could a bit more simpler ar places but since it's an app that just does it's job in the background, it works amazingly.
Cette application pratique des méthodes mensongères et abusives ! Nulle part, il n'est mentionné le coût des SMS, et vous n'avez aucune possibilité de désactiver leur envoi. Vous vous retrouverez avec des factures mensuelles comportant des frais d'utilisation à des montants totalement variables ! Nous avons été débités de plus de 700$ hier soir et ils sont incapables de fournir une explication. Ils vous font croire que vous avez un quota de SMS gratuits, mais ce n'est pas le cas ! De plus, nous ne sommes pas les seuls : de nombreux clients se plaignent, et beaucoup ne font probablement pas attention à leur facture, car ces frais sont débités séparément de l'abonnement. Ne téléchargez pas cette application. Ne mérite aucune étoile !
Their app glitches ALL THE TIME! Notifications do NOT go out automatically or when you manually push them. Their customer service is horrible! They don't help at all. They drag open tickets on and on for weeks with no solutions to the problems with their app. Do NOT recommend using this app at all. Unfortunately they now have a bank of restock notifications for our store that we will lose if we delete the app so they know they have us trapped and there is nothing we can do to save these notification. 0 STARS!
Customer Service doesn't do anything at all - The app says emails were sent out, but absolutely nothing was delivered to my customers. Literally look elsewhere for back-in-stock notifications - if anything goes wrong, it won't get fixed.

Completely agree with the 1 star review below. The app was good until an issue occurred - it wasn't sending out the restock SMS notifications to our customers, which is causing a big loss in sales for us. We've tried to reach out to support twice, 1 guy literally just stopped replying, so we reached out to another guy but he also doesn't seem helpful. Until now we're still unable to send the SMS notifications, and it seems no one is going to fix this issue.
This app worked well for a couple of years for us, but it stopped working right before we had a big product launch and cost us a lot of sales. I tried to upgrade our subscription since we had collected a large number of out of stock notifications and kept getting a "server error message". And just like you'll see in the other 1 star reviews, when it stops working good luck getting any help from the company. Spend a little time and money finding a better solution to getting people to sign up for out of stock notifications and I wish I had paid more attention to the bad reviews from established companies. This app is a gamble that could cost you a lot of money when you need it the most.
The App worked wonderfully for a few months and then would send Back in Stock notifications for items that were out of stock/ have not been updated at random. I brought this to the customer service team and was unable to get a resolution. I sent examples of my stock history reports and compared them the the notification history dates, proving the item's inventory had not been updated. I was told this was impossible and proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I was very willing to work with the team and was given no response after 2 follow ups.
