So far, so good! We have only been using the app for a couple of weeks. We've had some issues with notifications not going through. Customer service has been very helpful and informative with any issues.

Have used on two websites - it has been critical to keeping our customer informed when we are able to restock (the pandemic has hurt our supply chain). The team is quick to respond on integration issues.
