Because I couldn't block the IP, I didn't use the app for one month. I didn't use the app for the next two months, but I was still charged for two consecutive months. I made a claim but didn't receive a response. You guys are robbers. Please give me my money back. Everyone, be careful not to use this app.
This is a completely misleading, and false review.
You installed our app on April 4 and chose the $3.99 Premium Plan yourself, so it’s completely reasonable that Shopify charged you two months of fees.
Secondly, during the two months you were using the app, you never contacted us even once. You could have canceled your subscription at any time during those two months, but you never reached out, and we had no idea there was any issue until you suddenly contacted us two months later requesting a refund — without giving any reason, only saying something puzzling like “I didn’t use your app, why am I being charged.” Since you said you didn’t use our app, why would Shopify charge you and still allow you to leave a review? Moreover, you configured settings in the app to block certain countries and IP addresses — it’s not true that you didn’t make any configuration.
Even so, out of support for new sellers, we refunded your two months’ fees in two separate transactions ON THE SAME DAY you contacted us (June 5), even though we had every right not to. In return, however, you responded by repeatedly insulting our customer service staff and leaving this false review after receiving your refund.
EasyBan helped me solve the bot traffic issue that Shopify couldn’t handle for months. Amy and David were incredibly patient and professional in guiding me through the firewall setup. Now those annoying bots are finally gone from my store. I’m so happy this long-standing problem is finally resolved. I’ll be sharing EasyBan on social media!
We're getting attacked by checkout bots. Amy and team took a look, and determined/verified this. Because of the way the bot is doing it, their app/solution won't solve it. But they said this and suggested alternative solutions to solve my problem, even though its not them/their service.

I contacted the app developer with a question and received a very prompt response from Amy, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was uncertain about how to use the app and whether it would address my issue, but she explained everything clearly and assisted me in setting it up. I love this app and believe it will be significantly beneficial for me. I highly recommend it to anyone facing difficulties with bots. Thank you for creating such a wonderful app at a great price.

After Using this App for couple of weeks I can say this is the best way to get rid of unwanted customers specially in markets like Pakistan where there a alot of spam customers
Sadly, I am getting lots of fraudulent orders using multiple credit card number attempts. I have FINALLY discovered this wonderful app that can not only stop fraudulent orders, but also BLOCK very beautifully the perpetrators.
This is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered for my perfect solution and very happy I discovered this app!!

This app is fantastic. I am able to block countries, bots, specific IP addresses, prevent right-clicking, saving of my images, and click and drag actions by others. I get better stats on who has visited than even Shopify gives me. I really love this app.

No response to request for help. Wrote in a name to block, person is still creating an issue. Would think they would want to help resolve an issue.
UPDATE: 6/12 Did respond and are working to help me resolve an issue UPDATE 6/13 - Would recommend now based on their response to helping. Took some time, but they did take care of the customer. Sometimes, that's all we need.
