Amazing support and flexibility regarding, changing code to fit my shop. The interface for the customer is smooth and clean and easy to setup

We have been using Custlo for customer accounts function which is working well. The app seems simple to use which is good. We are also testing the product upsell feature - nice to have this in the app, although one 'wish list' would to be able to see sales data for how the upsell is performing which I don't think we can see in the app.

We recently started using the app, and even though we're still on the free version, it has already made our customer account more professional and structured. We reached out for help with the app integration, and the support team provided effective and quick assistance. So far, we are very satisfied with the service.
Nice and useful app, support team help me a lot, they solve issues in a short time.
The only downside is that the data entered by the customer according to the set fields cannot be exported as intermediary field information. Hopefully, this feature can be developed soon.

Would not recommend. It does NOT pull in all the information from the original shopify dashboard. They want to charge me more money to pull in the information that is already included with the shopify dashboard. Look elsewhere.
UPDATED Review: They did eventually do the correct coding / programming work to get all the information that Shopify pulls in to pull in with their app. They went from wanting to charge me $80, to wanting to "only" charge me $40, to then doing it for free. A little frustrating, but it did happen. Still not happy with how things went down. Still switching to a different app.
Recommend going with someone else. the Thing they say is NOT default in Shopify is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The feature you were looking for required custom coding work within our app, which is a paid service.
While Shopify does provide this feature by default on orders but not on account pages, our app currently doesn't include it in the same way. However, we were more than willing to accommodate your request and offer this customization for you.

Excellent and very well designed Customer Dashboard, many functions and compatible with several Apps, it looks very good both in the desktop version and in the mobile version of our store, recommended, thank you very much.
I am extremely pleased with the results of this app. We now have a stunning customer portal that is intuitive and user-friendly. I had some unique requests for customer support, and they were incredibly accommodating in making the necessary changes. One notable change involved collaborating with another app developer to integrate a 'Download Invoice' link. I was delighted that both developers were willing to work together to fulfill my needs.
