simple and works pretty well. I was looking for a solution that works in Brazil and can be submmited by email.

Simple and efficient! It is a great tool to measure customer satisfaction and be create reactive customer service with dissatisfied customers. Also a good way to measure the brand sustainability.

Great app. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the price. It would be better if there were a pricing tier between the free level and the USD50/month for 1,000 surveys.
