Just installed the app, best price I could find and it worked like a charm. Great app overall for all wholesaler!
If you're looking for a discount app that can work across a full collection, this is the app for you. I had some problems getting started but Naman and their colleague's Mayank and Kelsey were there instantly and didn't stop until my needs were met. There are a lot of crummy apps out there, this is not one of them.
I was hoping to use this app to sell to select customers (retailers) who had a retailer tag in Shopify. However, after I created a 50% retailer discount in this app, the discount was visible all over our webstore, and if anyone added more than 1 of any item to their cart, they received a 50% discount.
Now, perhaps I simply misunderstood the app. But this is when the bigger issue arose. When I discovered that the app wasn't doing what I thought it would, I deleted the setting I created in the Custom Pricing app. But nothing changed. So I deleted the entire app. STILL nothing changed. The app had made permanent changes in my Shopify theme. I'm lucky to have a designated customer service helper at Bold, but if I didn't, it may have been days before Bold's team could have weeded out the old code (fortunately it only took a few hours).
I had high hopes for this app. While I love and will continue to use other Bold Apps (Upsell, Recurring Memberships, Brain, Bundles, and Store Locator), I would not recommend Custom Pricing given the issues I described.
Sorry, I have to give it a 1 star because I can't do 0 stars. I loaded your app. Followed your instructions to the T... (which were very easy to follow). I then had follow up questions on specific things I needed help from Customer service. The first and only time I used customer service.. No one was there. Not by Phone. Not by Live Support. Even the Shopify Guru's were shocked that they couldn't find a human to help me. Time is money. I was not prepared to wait days to get answers. Unfortunately, I deleted your app and moved to your competitor. For free they integrated and the customer service has been immediate. Customer Service is key in this day and age. If you aren't able to be there, your competition just might be.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES INSTALL THIS APP. IT'S CHANGED ALL THE PRICING ON MY STORE SO EVERY PRODUCT YOU VIEW IS THE PRICE OF WHATEVER YOU LAST VIEWED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PAID FOR THE $40 INSTALLATION FROM BOLD WHICH TOOK 4 DAYS AND NOW I CANT GET THEM TO REMOVE / FIX THE FLAWED CODE THAT'S NOW LITTERED THROUGH MY SITE
ALSO, THEY SAY LEAVE THEIR CODE WHEN YOU DELETE THEIR APP. WHICH MEANS THEIR BROKEN CODE REMAINS ON EVERY LITTLE LIQUID PAGE THROUGHOUT YOUR STORE. I'VE DELETED THE APP AND IT STILL SHOWS WRONG PRICING. I'M WATCHING HEATMAPS OF MY CUSTOMERS EXITING.

11/5/2018 Update:
I received a call from Harry, Lead at Bold Commerce, on 11/30/2018. He explained that the support team member who worked on the installation of the app on my site's theme had a day off -- so it was unfortunate that they had missed my emails after the installation.
Harry apologized profusely, was very supportive and truly committed to setting things right--no matter what resources it would take. We had discussed, in length, several options on the best resolution options. And at the end of the day, the issue was resolved.
Harry also personally reassured me that they will take all lessons-learned from the whole experience in making the app better! (So I'm glad that things took a positive turn after all! :)
Harry was a great listener, the kind of leader that I can trust, and I do believe that their company is fortunate to have his integrity and dedication to their customers.

10/2018 Initial Review: The install and customization by this app has severely impacted my site (it made it crash and made my navigation menu fail)
And after following up with your support team, I haven't heard back any response. Both shopify support and theme support have isolated the problem caused by Bold App's customization.
Here is their latest response:
The issue appears to be caused by the Bold app code which has been installed on your store, affecting both your product and collection pages. It appears to be most severe (the pages which completely fail to load) on products which have very large numbers of variants...
I have confirmed this doesn't happen in our theme as provided on your store. If you've recently had a developer working on your store, I'd recommend speaking with them concerning the changes, otherwise if you reach out to Bold they will hopefully be able to advise further:

I have removed the Bold app from my site, and hoping that will fix the issue (I'm still reaching out to the theme and shopify suppor teams for further assistance to resolve my issue as we speak)
To Bold app support: Please be very careful when you are customizing code on behalf of your customers. And also you really need to perform end-to-end tests to prevent this from happening for your customers. It's a big headache and costly to repair.

I uninstalled this app this morning and whilst this is not usually a big deal It has broken my entire website by corrupting my theme and placing every single product SOLD Out and disabled the add to cart function. I have lost all income in one of the busiest sales periods. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING. INSTALL THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Amazing support staff that gets the job quickly. The customer pricing app is great for our customers because we have a few different levels of pricing available.
not happy about the bold test products showing up in my shopping cart to customers. Will revise review after more time with app.

+1 star for support.
When we realized this app did not sync with our recurring order app ReCharge we uninstalled it, it broke our theme. But we fixed it.
