We purchased the Bold Custom Pricing app to help with a plethora of items in our business workflow. It all started with the install - We followed their instructions and they did a custom install for us! Super Cool! Quick! Next we had a few specialty items and we needed the app to work a specific way for our business model. They were so unbelievably responsive to us! Within just a few days they literally made sure our theme was working perfectly with their app, and with all of our requested changes. We will for sure keeping working with BCP! We have been using this app for 3 months and it has answered all of our needs. Though I am not techy, the BOLD team have been excellent and very responsive in assisting me with what was begining to feel like an impossible task.

We supply worldwide at Retail price, Wholesale price and distribution price and have products that incur 3 different tax codes.
We supply Countries which are both zero tax and standard tax.

After trying several other apps, the straight % discount which seem to be usually on offer from other sources did not fulfill our requirements.

We found this app to have the ability, to deal with all of it.

My old store was based on osCommerce and I had previously sold memberships that allowed my customers to order my download products for free. As Shopify does not natively support such a system, Bold Apps' Customer Pricing has allowed me to solve this most basic of problems in Shopify the app has helped expand my customer base rapidly and provide the level of support and service I need to keep my customers happy and coming back for more.

As I have a custom store template, I had many pages of custom liquid code that needed to be changed to help get this app up and running. The staff at Bold were not only prompt, they were extremely friendly, helpful and jumped right in to help me get it running inside of my store within a matter of 24-48 hours.

Shappify seem to be hitting the nail on the head with awesome apps! This time I even got them to install my liquid code which made it the easiest app I have purchased! The BOLD Customer Pricing app has saved countless hours for our team. For each product we select, wholesale pricing tiers are created automatically. This adds up to hundreds of variants created automatically, that would take days to set up manually. Where Shopify has struggled to create anything for wholesale/reseller pricing, this app has made simple. On top of that, Mohit with their support team helped update the scripts and correct customization, providing details of the updates along the way. Absolutely phenomenal support for an app that is critical to our success.
