We're currently creating our new wholesale/retail site and have been impressed with how fairly straightforward it seems to be to set up Bold pricing across the range. In particular the support I have had from Cam has been faultless. I have peppered him with a heap of questions and he has responded quickly and patiently. Quality of ongoing support was one of the things we were looking for in an app, glad we chose Bold.

Our experience with Bold has been really good so far. This app solved a big issue for our site and their customer service has been top notch helping us with some installation and customization issues (shout out to Chandan ).

We attempted to try another similar app to no avail. We signed up for this app and it said 2 days for the liquid to be updated. They did it in 2 hours and we were hard at work entering everything and the app was active in 3 hours! Amazing, fast and quick service response that allowed us to start using this app immediately. The country specific pricing is exactly what we needed and the wholesale saves us alot of time. Over time, we will use the customer VIP, Gold and Silver levels. 5 STARS for sure with this app.

I uploaded this app because we needed quantity pricing. It has a lot of options to customize. I had a couple of issues with my theme and later some issues after installing other non Bold apps but they have been always been able to fix and Bold as gone above and beyond what they have needed to do with their customer service at times. Harpreet at Bold extremely knowledgeable and has helped out a lot. Update : We have changed our shipping app and have found this app incompatible with it. So we have had to remove, So i have found out during this time if needing a volume/ tier pricing app there are only 2 ways to go about it 1.) app creates custom discount codes for each purchase and places them in cart or 2.) app creates a draft order with discount applied to products. Bold has / or had not sure if its still available a third way ( which i think they are the only ones) which creates a copy of product on the fly with discount and or link to a new product created internally with discount, this method was not going well with or shipping app because it was unable to find data on original product. With Bold app you can switch methods but apparently for some reason I was still having problems. No fault of Bolds or their app I just think they didn't play well together. But I can comment on their customer service , which is spotty at best , sometimes they are on it and will take care of it, most of the times it takes days....weeks to get help or answers. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever emails or chat sessions lead to more questions and more replies that you need to wait another 3-5 days for answers on . It has got so bad that I decided to remove most of there apps because of poor answers to questions or problems.

Bold Custom Pricing has been fantastic for us! It has allowed us to offer a wholesale website to our customers/accounts without having to build a separate website or have some clunky work around. One of the best apps we have used, hands down.
They also offer extremely responsive customer service and we have had nothing but the best experience with each member of their team.

Very good app and great service, thanks! Saved time and £2500 per month on shopify plus, always beats paying thousands extra for features that should come as standard on the 'worlds number 1 ecommerce platform'

The app is great and these guys provide stellar support! They will answer questions, tweak things, basically take you by the hand and make sure everything is working the way you want.

A huge thumbs up for the Bold Apps team! You can't go wrong with them.

UPDATE: A shoutout goes to Rahul Patel and Taylor Courchaine at BOLD for the amazing job they did with updating my store to an older version of the app in order to provide compatibility with some of my other apps! Great app, great people, great company!
