Extremely complicated and I could not get it to do what I needed it to do. It probably wouldn't be so complicated if they had useful support articles, or an explanation somewhere of how the app works! The support articles seem to be out of date, at least for the interface I was looking at.
What is a CSP? Why does NOTHING happen when I create a price group? How does install really work? I'm a technical person, but I wrangled with this app for way longer than I expected to. Big waste of time for me. But it might be great for some people who can get it working.
No coding and they are very quick and helpful. Almost like an on-demand service. I would absolutely recommend.
Installed this app and our website would not load at all. Only would load a white page. The content was still there on the backend of Shopify, but nothing would load. Luckily we had a backup saved. Reached out to support and waiting to hear back.

I downloaded this app and then realized it was even more expensive for the item I want however it shut my store down for 24 hours by removing all the add to cart buttons from my products and nobody could buy anything.

I was Charged $29.99 for this app when I installed it and uninstalled it on the same day they didn't even wait the 30 free days even when I never used this app.
In their publication they promise $20 a month, at the time of payment it is $40, it is double, they lie about their price, it is a hoax.

This app would be great if it worked with inventory apps. Because it doesn't work with stitch labs i can't use it because stitch is more important for me than this app so I'm placing wholesale orders manually which isn't a problem really.
Fantastic. Excellent App - very well designed, easy to use, and EXTREMELY flexible. We had a complex wholesale setup, which we needed help on. The guys from Shappify just provide wonderful support - quick, smart, and they see things through until it's completed. We love our B2C retail online store with Shopify (have had for 5 years), and really wanted to stay with Shopify for our new B2B Wholesale shop, but it was appearing that we were not going to be able to, being that they did not have the integrated tools necessary for a successful B2B experience. However, we were directed by Shopify staff to look at this app as a solution. Simply put, without this app, we would not be able to stick with Shopify for our B2B store. Thanks for a great app!
This is a great. I have 3 different types of customers and it was a nightmare manually changing each of them to their set rankings. This is seamless, simple and works really well. I would really recommend this to anyone who has 2+ customer pricing levels.
