The app has been very useful for our wholesale customers and preferred buyers list. A must have if you have different customer bases.
This App has allowed us to greatly expand the membership types on our online store and even allow for general retail on a website that was originally members only. This functionality has been a game changer for the scope of the business.
The only feature we would really like to see is greater ease of editing individual product prices. As it stands now you can set rules for % or $ discounts from a product or set of products. It would be nice to simply be able to go in and say we want members to pay XX$ for product a and YY$ for product b. To do that currently would require creating a separate set of rules for every product. For now we will continue to work around and approximate our desired pricing with %.
Overall we love the app, and it would work extremely well for the vast majority of retail stores and still works very well for us.
This app worked like a charm for what we needed. We did encounter a little bump along the way, but the people at Bold App sorted us out immediately and found the mistake we made. They fixed it and got us up and running for CyberMonday. Very responsive at the busiest time of the year.
Very fast responding support, very friendly. The app may not always work as intended of the first try, but if you ask for support, it gets fixed really fast. And once everything is in place, it really works nicely together with the other bold apps. Shoutout to Eric and Harpreet from support for helping me out on such a short notice!

As we're getting our wholesale site up & running, the Customer Pricing app is a must have for us. We want to be able to offer different tiers of discount based on customers spending - this is where this app excels. So far customer support has been top notch also.
Easy to use and does what we needed! Instruction to install was great and it uses generic Shopify database instead of a separate one. Great app!
Once Liquid is set up, very easy to use. Excellent product and ideal for us to get paid quicker by our Wholesalers
Terrible. I am not happy. I have got no support and I need help. My customers have often complained and I am trying to figure out the pricing Ect. I have asked for the 40$ liquid instalment and have got no notification on how to proceed.
This App is extremely good. The Vape Specialists deal with both wholesale & retail customers on a daily basis. The Customer Pricing App allows us to have only one website which can be used by both wholesale & retail customers. Detailed pricing is perfect for us, we can adjust prices on individual products which is great as our wholesale prices do not have to be a fixed percentage of the retail price.
This is without doubt a 5 star app & if we could offer a rating for customer service then we would rate it 6 stars. The Bold Apps team are extremely helpful & knowledgeable.
We shall be monitoring all new App releases from Bold Apps & would recommend both the App & the company to everyone.
