Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

A good app so far, its easy to adjust and apply the prices I need for my store.

4 1/2 stars if we could. We love this app, it allows us a level of customization that is extremely valuable.

There are only 2 reasons it isn't 5 stars;
1) No 24 hr support.
2) The process of having to pause the app, make changes and then resume it is a bit of a hassle.The more pricing levels and inventory you have the longer it takes to update.

I've been using this app for a while. Great app to support your customer-unique discounts and add a wholesale route to your e-commerce shop!

The developers were super helpful in helping us fix an issue we had with the app!

One major issue though, people can combine customer pricing rate and discount codes. Typically I run 20% coupon code via pop up windows when you land on the website or via remarketing. An existing customer can combinea reduce pricing let's say 20% + a 20% discount code...Which makes the app not really usable with my pricing strategy. Half the blame on shopify that is very limited with Discount code options. Hope you guys can do something about it because this is really hurting the concept of your app...
Having few apps from you and knowing how you frequently add features on your product I'm hoping you can find a solution to that problem...

This is a great APP. We used to have pricing groups in our old website, this one works even better. We have a few products we can't discount, and with this app we can create discount groups and not include those few products.

Great app with good features and customer service. The only reason it is missing 5 stars is because of one specific feature we're missing due to integration with other apps. Other than that it is pretty darn good!

Installation was a bit tricky but I was able to figure it out.

This is the perfect app for our store and the many wholesale customers we have. Do not have to worry now about managing custom discount codes for each customer. Support has been good considering the 6 hour time difference.

I had them install the app for me and it was installed in a timely manner considering the complexity of my theme and our use of multiple product templates with line item properties.

My only negatives are that it takes a long time to generate the variants and the fact that you have to delete the pricing group in order to import/export products.

The app certainly has the components required, a little bit of configuration needed to blend into the theme. Overall, Carter was sure to understand the requirement and took it as a challenge to have it fixed.
