My website was originally hosted with another company. Upon looking to upgrade it took me to shopify and the Customer Pricing App. I have been extremely happy with the service, support, and functionality of all of these various services and applications. I am extremely happy with the support teams ability to configure this particular app after coming to the conclusion that it wouldn't work with the theme that I chose. As of now, I couldn't ask for more.

I needed some assistance with a specific feature of an app and was very desperate to get this done. I had previously had a few other issues with the app that made my trial expire and Chintan was amazing! Not only did Chintan walk me through the steps, Chintan went the extra mile in adding the missing feature immedietley! Seriously great work by Chintan!

This app is like WholeSaler, but with tiers. It's awesome for transparently showing wholesale prices or offering special discounts to great customers.

I'm giving the Bold App a 5-Star review. We've only had the app installed for a couple of days and our website has not officially launched as of yet (although all tests so far have shown smooth and full functionality so far), but I really wanted to write about Bold's service. We've been in conversation with the support team at Bold for the past week and the experience has been really really great. The download was easy and then we needed help with the coding process. The Bold Support Team was "on it" at our request. They gave us time-line specifics and have kept us "in-the-loop" every step of the way. If my staff had a question, we simply sent an email request and we literally had replies within the hour. So at the moment I/We cannot say enough good things about Bold, their pricing, and their process.
While our store hasn't actually gone live yet, we are very happy with Bold's customer service and tech support. Our store has a unique configuration, so there were some tech conflicts, but Bold was able to sort the issues out and get us up and running ASAP. Thanks everyone at Bold!
