I've received help from Challi and Mayank and I have to say, they were amazing. They helped me through my problems and stayed in chat until the problem was solved. And these were not common problems. This app really does some awesome things. The better thing is, their support team are really helpful. Response fast and accurate solve the problems.
Our shop previously had to do wholesale customers on a case-by-case basis. This app should hopefully automate a lot of our high-volume customers who don't typically buy our highly customizable products.
Setup was quickly done by the Representative.
BEWARE that using this app will dramatically increase the number of Variants your product has, so if your product has a lot of variants to start, the app will break for that product.
Bold have been such a helpful company while getting our Wholesale website set up - particularly Aman in customer service who has gone above and beyond to ensure we have a website thats fully functional for our Wholesale customers needs.
