We will be looking into other options as this app continues to crash and not work, while the "support" ignores us reaching out for assistance. This app was great until it wasn't. Why would we pay for something that hasn't been working properly for the last 3+ weeks?

Update Feb 12 2026: While trying to remove the traces their support folks messed up our order numbers sequence, we are reporting this to Shopify app support.

The Bold Custom Pricing app is in serious need of a revamp some features don't work and whole store slows down. To ensure better performance and reliability it really should be aiming for the 'Built for Shopify' badge. We eventually uninstalled the app with the assistance of Bold's support team, but unfortunately, it still left traces of code behind on our store. A cleaner, more complete uninstall process is essential.
