Always helpful. The social media moderator (AI) is dope. It gets the job done very well as long as you use the correct prompts. Richpanel is the way to go!

The "AI" feature is not all it's cracked up to be. It is NOT an AI chatbot that can answer customers' questions for them. It is not an AI that learns from previous conversations and drafts useful replies for you.

It is basically just a weak version of ChatGPT that can help you draft a reply based ONLY ON your help topics that you've manually written, but still needs a human to review and send it.

Even though the "AI" feature was the main reason I installed the app, I never use the AI feature. This makes Richpanel no better than any other helpdesk system as far as I can tell.

We have been using for some time now, and loving it. So easy to have an overview of what the CS team is dealing with, the level of queries, and how we can add value for our customers.
If we have a question, the team at RP is there quickly with help and an answer :-)

This platform is wonderful! We have used Hubspot and Gorgias, but Richpanel has the best of both platforms. Amit and his team are amazing to work with. If we are having an issue, I email them, and within minutes, I have a response of "We were able to locate the issue and fixed it" or "We will look into this and get back to you." I have an answer by the next business day for most issues. We have also provided feedback, and they have taken it and made this CRM beyond what we could have suggested. I hope our partnership lasts a really long time Thank you Richpanel Team!

Really great experience, we had some trouble understanding pricing but we had a quick demo call where they also clarified pricing. I was impressed with their team!

We have loved the tool so far, it's been a game changer and we are able to resolve customer's concerns so much faster!

Excellent system. I have been with them for almost a year now and enjoy every second. From the platform to the features to the AMAZING support team - look no further for your customer management solutions. Great automation and intuitive features.
The PC website version and mobile app works amazing fast and receives constant updates and improvements from the richpanel team.
This system has improved my customer support by ten fold and is worth every penny. Thank you guys for an excellent product and the ongoing support!
