RichPanel is our helpdesk. I hadn't heard of it until September when I stepped into a new role. Their team has been absolutely incredible to work with - quick responses when we need them for literally ANY reason at all! Most recently they assisted me in setting up web hooks for reporting purposes making my day to day SO much easier!

The platform is very user friendly, a lot of AI Capabilities within the platform which allowed me to improve self service ratings from 25% to 74% with just a couple hours of focus!

Highly recommend!

Amazing Platform!

We moved over from Commslayer to Richpanel a few months ago and everything about their platform and support/onboarding team has been nothing short of amazing!

The move over for our dozen+ agents was very smooth. The Richpanel team walked us through the exact migration process and we were able to transition over without anything major breaking. And for all misc. bits, their team was super responsive on Slack to help us out.

They even setup all the key macros and automations that we had on Commslayer and trained our team leads and agents on the key tools/functionality.

Great software and great team to work with. We spoke with basically every helpdesk before committing to a big migration like this, and Richpanel came out on top in many ways, and I'm glad we did it, because it's worked out very nicely for us. Highly recommend!

My onboarding experience was outstanding — I’ve never been so well supported during a transition like the one from Gorgias to Richpanel. Richpanel’s pricing makes more sense, and the tool is smoother and more practical to use. The AI features aren’t charged separately, which means our support team is saving a huge amount of time.

A big thank you to Deepan, who guided us wonderfully through the onboarding process — always available to answer our questions and hop on calls to help with the setup.

We’ve been using it primarily for customer service, and I have to say, the automation is SUPERB once it’s properly configured! The setup is incredibly user-friendly, with no technical expertise needed, and their support team is there to guide you every step of the way. From intuitive navigation to time-saving automations, it really empowers agents and managers to focus on what matters. Truly one of the best CRMs out there!

The "AI" feature is not all it's cracked up to be. It is NOT an AI chatbot that can answer customers' questions for them. It is not an AI that learns from previous conversations and drafts useful replies for you.

It is basically just a weak version of ChatGPT that can help you draft a reply based ONLY ON your help topics that you've manually written, but still needs a human to review and send it.

Even though the "AI" feature was the main reason I installed the app, I never use the AI feature. This makes Richpanel no better than any other helpdesk system as far as I can tell.

We've been using Richpanel for a while now, and it has significantly improved the way we manage customer support. The platform has made it so much easier to handle tickets efficiently, track conversations, and provide timely resolutions to our customers.

What really stands out is the level of support Richpanel offers — their team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and approachable. Any time we’ve had questions or needed help with setup or troubleshooting, they’ve been quick to assist.

Overall, considering we haven't reached its full potential yet, Richpanel has helped streamline our support operations and improve the overall customer experience. Highly recommended for any business looking to scale their support team with the right tools!

Stellar software for the price, does nearly everything that something like Gorgias does, at literally 25% the cost, crazy. Great Job team. Moved our entire CX stack to Richpanel + Aircall, working great for unified sales/service analytics.

We have been using for some time now, and loving it. So easy to have an overview of what the CS team is dealing with, the level of queries, and how we can add value for our customers.
If we have a question, the team at RP is there quickly with help and an answer :-)
