Amazing app, lots of features and integrate well in case of multi stores for the same brand, you need to spend some time to configure it but after that it's a rocket. Much better than Gorgias in my opinion and more competitive price.

I loved this app for customer service and post-selling issues. This app is nice! The custom service works very fine and got all my question solved in short time. I used to use gmail like my customer service option but when you have so many customers it gets difficult, with this app i could merge all 3 of my customer services options into one, link the order, see tracking number, etc. Big time ...

Awesome app & amazing support team! This has made our customer interactions so much more efficient and organized, by compiling our emails, facebook messenger, and our chats all into one convenient place. Plus you don't have to dig through Shopify to find order details, as they are all connected right inside your RichPanel inbox. Highly recommend!
