Richpanel: AI Customer Support

This app has been really useful for our customer support team. We are now able to keep track of customer issues easily and the help desk feature is great for enabling customers to service themselves. The Richpanel customer support team is quick on answering questions and fixing bug issues.

I'm just updating on my previous review of RichPanel. I just want to say if you're looking for a CRM that integrates with your CMS, stop here! Richpanel officially has a mobile app and they're alway upgrading and implementing new features. Their customer support is super quick and they follow up with you!!! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about RichPanel. You're going to want to get on now and be a legacy member because they are a breathe of fresh air.

Had to make a hard choice between Zendesk and RichPanel. With the free 500 conversations each month this is a no brainer! What?! Must have for any small business looking to invest in customer service.

Update! We needed some help with adding new order topics, as well as help with mail forwarding and rules, and Amir spent quite a long time with me going through it all. Richpanel has been a life-saver for our small team! The self-service features made us choose the app. The portal is intuitive and incredibly easy to use for our customers and easily modified and updated by our team. The installation is very quick as well. Getting our team migrated over was seamless, training was easy and our agents were up and running in less than an hour. Also, the deflection rates are amazing as compared to other tools. Most importantly, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Absolutely great customer support app! I looked at a number of apps on Shopify for my customer support team and Rich Panel hands down is the best. The user interface is amazing, the integration with my Shopify backend is seemless, and the support team for Richpanel is extremely helpful, fast, and competant. In addition, I was able to speak with the founder and he is a super savvy, smart, considerate, and welcoming person who was a pleasure to speak with.
