Amazing support from the beginning , nothing was too much trouble no matter how long it took , highly recommend
As a NOT small and NOT big Shopify Store brand I finally found the CRM app that we needed.
The big guys Mobile apps are horrible and desktop is very complicated and hard to learn.
Richpanel is fairly priced, great mobile app for live chat, great ticketing to manage the e-mail in one place rather jumping from Shopify orders to Shipstation and come back to E-mail.
You will LOVE it. I promise.

The intuitive scenarios and integrated LiveChat widget make for a seamless experience for our customers. It does not work super well in combination with Zendesk, as it is designed as a standalone CRM. The support staff seems a bit under-trained, as they consistently seem to need to go "ask the team" for questions I have asked them. Still, the app itself is powerful and unique.
This app is a MUST HAVE for every business. It helps me and my team stay organized and saves a ton of time. I love how I have all of my customers order information instantly available to me. Truly a game changed for customer support organization! (And the support team is super fast and helpful)
Amazing app! Still learning with the free plan, but will upgrade to a paid plan soon. The installation and integration is very straight forward, very easy to navigate. And the customer service is brilliant!!! always there to help, even helped me to customise the homepage according to my design. Thank you so much guys. Highly recommended

The problem was solved in one hour.
The app is great overall and support has been incredibly helpful. The dashboard is pretty stuffed, and it can take a bit of time to get used to it. We have only tried the LiveChat and Support, not the add-on yet, but the features of the helpdesk are amazing and in the future we will definitely take advantage of that to reduce the customer contact impact. We also tried Crisp and Gorgias already, they were both not good for us. But this we recommend 10/10 :)
Richpanel has been a game-changer for our customer service team. It has made ticket handling faster and more efficient, thanks to its user-friendly interface and smart automation features. The analytics and reporting tools have also helped us improve our support strategy. Highly recommended!

I've been through a few of the CRM apps now including Gorgias (rip off), ReAmaze (basic and clunky UX) and now Richpanel. The support is 10/10 and the price is really good. Give it a go!
This is exactly what I've been looking for. Since my business is small, I'm so grateful for their free plan. It fits my needs perfectly and when I reached out with a question they responded right away.
