Richpanel is definitely a great tool for CS management. The support staff is knowledgeable, responsive and great to deal with. Definitely worth it!
Not only is Richpanel a breath of fresh air, the support is absolutely incredible! The shopify integration is second to none, and the self service is already handling more than half of all the customer support we used to have to interact with manually! We're literally saving a fortune and it's only installed a week!
